Regarding excuses given for non delivery of Xylo E4

I had booked mahindra xylo E4 in Februarywith the authorised dealer of Mahindra ie G3 motors Ltd. Full payment of the same has been made on 22 September. The delivery which should have been given after 3 to 4 days. But the sales person including the manager are giving excuses regarding the same and often misguiding me that delivery will be made after 2 days. This has happened 3 times with me. Excuses are like temporary registration got over etc which doesnt have a concern with us
