THERE ARE TWO TICKET BOOKING WINDOW ON THE SUBJECT STATION .ON 09.08.2009 .WHEN I WANTED TO GO AGRA BY UDAIPUR GWALIOR INTERCITY THE BOOKING WINDOW OF PLATE NO. 2 WAS CLOSED AND BOOKING WINDOW ON PLATE FORM NO. 1 WAS WORKING BUT AT 6.15 AM THE ROLL OF THE PRINTER FAILED AND SO MANY PASSANGER WERE LEFT WITHOUT TICKET AND MISSED THIER TRAIN.

IT WAS THE TOTAL FAILUER OF TRAIN SYSTEM AND NO BODY WAS THERE TO HEAR THE COMPLAINT OF THE PASSANGERS. WHEN I ASKED THE STATION MASTER REGARDING THIS PROBLEM HE DIDNOT LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM AND IGNORED US AS WE ARE NO ONE.

KINDLY TELL ME THAT WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS INADEQUATE SERVICE AND IMMORAL BEHAVIOUR OF RAILWAY STAFF.
