REPLACEMENT OF NOKIA 3500C

Sir, i applicant mr suryawanshi ganesh ambadas shocked when my handset (nokia 3500c) was swich off when i put in my jean pants pocket then i went to nokia care margao branch goa . they i submit the handset in nokia care. then i am informed that when tha handeset is reapaired nokia care will call me within two three days. but within nine days no one phone call for me from nokia care after that i went to nokia care .at that time i will highly shocked that the handset never repair because it is switch off because off liquid damage and falsely they took my sign in receipt paper but the fact is nokia care margao is responsible for the damage of my handset because my handset is ok when i give to nokia care so it is under warrenty so i want to replace my handset
