Ude behaviour with customers

I went to Gangar stores grocery stores on Monday, 1 May. i wanted to buy a loaf of bread costing Rs 22. having no change i gave the shopkeeper a Rs 100 note and he asked me if i had change or wanted something else. i said i didnt want anything more and nor did i have change. Having said this the shopkeeper without uttering a word snatched the bread from my hand and said I do not wish to sell my products to you. Having asked for his license number and owners name he refused to give me or show me his license. Neither did he give me the owners name and address. All i could get is a picture of his shop with the license number on it.
