I am not satisfied with the product

I purchase Rs. 10 cost of gold jewellery from Garg Jwellery Shop at Munirka in Mar. They told me it is 23 carat gold take me the charges of polishing & making but the gold i had purchased is ready made. They charge me Rs. 15000 per 10gm.

Thaey also told me that if you want to sell it later on come us we will take it in same price which they charge me that time.

On 18th July when my wife went thaere to sell one of the gold chain they said you purchased in very high cost and present rate is Rs.11000 and we will give you maximum Rs.8000 thousand for the chain.

After listening this my wife is shocked.

my wife visit lot more jewellery shop they told her it is not 23 carat gold & in Mar gold rate is Rs.11000, how they charge Rs.15000.They also told her it is not look like gold.

My request is to help me out.
