Your company is activating services itself without the permission of costome

I had recharged my vodafone mobile no 9646052390 with 50 rs on dated 19/11..miss call service is activated on my no by ur company without my permission..i requested to customer care but he didn't take any action against this service activated on my no... i didn't send any msg to activate this service..this is activated automatically by ur company and 30 rs had been charged from my account balance and i sent a msg to disactivate the service of miss call alert and but after then ur company has activated another service on my moble no and i don't know about this another service actived on my cell without my permission and 15 rs has charged from my balance for this another service and wants to charge rs 49 from my balance and they have sent me a msg in which they have written "Hello! U don't have enough balance in your vodafone prepaid account ..Rs 49 is required to activate this service pls recharge ur account. thank u"... this msg has sent on my mobile by ur vodafone centre no 988800998 dated 21/11 on time 06:27 pm... pls deactivate all the services which is activated without my permission on my mobile by u and recharge my accout with balance charged by ur company in these services..my account balance was Rs 45..pls give me my balance back to my account mobile no 9646052390 immediately..thank u and pls consider in future don't activate any extra chargable service on my mobile without my msg..thanks
