Garuda instrument problem

Dear chair person,

I mr shailendra tawde having a garuda fw no 022 22910006 / 22910007 / 22910008 is been facing a lot of problem like the battery, instrument & connection problem. The same instrument has been given to your mandvi exchange service station more than 25 times but there were no positive results . your mandvi incharge mr thomas (9869464145), always keeps the instrument for two days and returns the same without doing any thing . he doesnt know how to speak, always tells us to complaint to delhi . we dont expect this kind of answers from them . we are force to deactivate the lines, please take the matter seriously . kindly change the instrument or if not deactivate the same lines.
