Complain for New Gas Cilende

Hi Dear

This Complain For Jeevdani gas agency (Bhayander (W)) Near railway station,

I Already Purchase "Hp Gas Connection" That Time They Give Me only "One Cilender" instead of two cilender and give me "one gas chulla" with regulater and pipe And Power saver device,

Total amount of connection is 5273

They Give Me "power saver" that Increase My Electricity Bill That Is Not Working properlly and it's rate is 1250.

and I want To "One celender" More But They Give Me some tea packet's With It.

please tell me why shoud I purchase these item's with connection.

Now I Want To Diposit Pawer Saver Because It Does Not Properly And Adjust pawer saver amount (after deduct deprication) in new connection.
