Defective service in clothes and mental torchure

I purchased a salwar suit from gavrja (Jodhpur), after first wash i found that the piece was not up to the mark, and it got torn and look as if it is a very old piece, i went back to the shopkeeper where he said that its none of our bussiness and its your problem we cant do anything in this.
