NOC releasing

Dear Sir

i got my ultra sound machine financed by GE capital Services India. I sent a D/D regarding for closure on 1/09and i was told that i will get the NOC in 10 working days. Despite repeated reminders i finally received it after 3 months i.e on 2 december. This is simple harrasment of the coustomer.
