Misusing of Gas Delivery

Dear Sir,

I have ordered a gas on 07/10/09 and it delivery on 07/11/09. But in that Bill they have printed delivery date as 21/10. when i ask to gas supply boy he not answering properly.

When i ask to gas agency GeePee Gas Service 35, East Street, Papnasam-614 205, Thanjavur Dt, Tamilnadu, India. Booking Phone no: 222452, 222024 they haven't answer properly.

We are living near by village, for a past few months this problem occur in most of Houses. When we pay Extra 50 Rs we can get the gas soon. you can ask anyone in the village.

Now what we have to do to solve the problem???
