No delivery after booking

Sir,

i am from pali rajasthan there is geeta gas distributor of hp gas . this dealer is not giving delivery even after few months of booking . after asking by me they are saying that there is shortage of cylinder in comparison to consumers. but he has enough cylinders for blacking .in pali it is becoming a business of black marketing of gas cylinder . so i am after tired everywhere writing u to please take action against this dealer. And if he is not able to handle the dealership . i am ready to take it .but first please take action towards him.
