Not swapping the cheques

This is regarding, that I have took an auto loan from GE countrywide in year 2006. My loan account number is RDLR00639011.

9 months before I have swapped 8 cheques from HDFC bank to Axis bank (Cheque no. are 005142 to 005149) wide receipt no. CDL 1050741 dt.26.02. after paying the swap charges of Rs.500 to GE countrywide. But those people are still placing the cheques of HDFC bank instead of Axis bank, due to this cheques are bouncing and those people are charging bounce charge on me every month. I have called those people several times

(Ref. no. DL00878448) and also went to there concern office at PitamPura and met with Mr. Sudhir who is taking care of all these grievances, but I have not got any response from there side.

Those people had black listed my name, while there is no fault of mine. Please interfere in this regard, as there recovery agents are forcing me to pay full amount (including bounce charges).
