Credit Card swapping taking extra charges from custome

I have bought a liquor bottle from Hira Moti Wines on 25/5 at 8.30 PM. The bill amount was 120/- Rs.

They have a credit card swapping machine. I give them the card and they swap the amount of 123/-Rs. Which is not fare.

I have asked them about it why they have taken 3/- Rs extra. They were not able to answer me properly. I have have told them I have to log an complaint against you. They told me sure please go ahead and log a complaint. I just want to know is there any such kind of thing that while swapping a credit card we have to pay extra amount to them. I was really nervous they should have communicated with me properly but they didn't do it.

Please look into the matter do the needful. so that people may not get misguided while paying the charges, and I don't know what is the reason behind taking extra charges while swapping a credit card.

Or else they should to communicate me before buying the liquor that we are charging extra bucks for swapping a credit card.
