GE Money Cash Card
Loan is not reducing

I have taken loan before three years ago by cash card No.4211892015371955 of Rs.39, 000/- and I am paying month by month 1, 700 some thim 2, 000/- also according there statement. It appears that I already paid near about Rs.60, 000/-, but my loan is not decreasing and is is till Rs.31, 799/- according there statement for the month oc February. Some time I have receive threatening over the telephone from Delhi. I want your help. Please do something for me and for my family.
