Monthly statement not delivered regularly

Hi

I am having GE Money cash card past one & half years and i have registered online statement but that is failed or not opened due to some technical problems from last month. so i can't get the statement for the month of August but the amount for the same month received via mail and I made the cheque. now i got a statement for the month of September via courior on dated 29/09, an mount of Rs. 9, 333.30 is additional add in that statement..

In this connection, i am to request you to kindly send the statement for the month of August and others from october
