WRONG CHARGES

Hi my name chirag shah my add.9, brahamanand soc, p:2 umeshwar mahadev road, meghaninagar, ahmedabad-16.mob no.91 9904749092.

my card no.4211 8920 1578 7903

in june i use my card for petrol for just Rs.160/-(one hundred sixty rupee only) than when month ends i mis my payment due date than second month my statment comes i show in due amt is aprox Rs.660/- petrol amt plus Rs.500/- charges i call custmer care & request but no any reply than next month statment due amt approx Rs.1250/- when last statment i received my due amt approx Rs.3000/- in between i always call custemer care but no any reply on my cell phone they call me for payment i am no any purchase from this card this all amt is only charges so i totaly confused and i pay Rs.700/- in my card account than last statment due amt is Rs.2372/-

so please tell me what i do?

my mentaly position is so dipretion please call me & solve this
