NOn compliance of forecloser procedure

I foreclosed my mortgage loan account way back in August and the company took hell of a time in sending the required documents to remove their lien/assignments for the society and insurance matter. When checked with the consumer service staff, they replied that the process is done at Delhi office and we have to ask them for the documents I need. Even after months when they send, they send documents without covering letter and also do not attach the removal of assignment letter for insurance company. I really feel sorry for a world class company like GE Money to fail on their part in giving back the needed ducuments in time.
