Termination

I have loged a compliant on 25th april on termination on realiane wimax connection but till now no action had been taken from reliance people. i have terminated this connection beacuse it is a cheap connection i have seen in my life. when ever i start my computer it says it has limited or no connectivity. i'm fed up with reliance wimax it really sucks . who ever reads my quota please dont ever think to take reliance any of the products it really sucks..yakk .. if u people can help me terminate the cheap realiance so plz help me i wil be great ful.
