Indiscipline from the agency holder (Fancy cook, Behala, Kolkata)

Dear Sir,

It is with regard to indiscipline from the agency holder (Fancy cook, Behala Kolkata). The gas connection is on the name of my brother Nikhilesh. Because of his job nature he mostly remains out of home. Since I alone live in the house the previous gas cylinder streched longerthan two months. In that case when I approahed the agency for next cylinder, I was told that my connection has been abolished. I should give in written where I was and why dint I continued and they also told to bring the electricity bill. Next day I went with all those required documents But then he was adamant that they couldnot do anything because the gas cylinder will be delivered to the connection holder only. On further insisting he started asking whre is her wife whre is his parents, In case wife is not there parents should give it in written that they dont have connection on their name. When I asked I want to put an application Please you forward to it higher authority. He started abusing and even attempted to scuffle. Since his other colligues also statrted favouring, I left the shop immediately with fear of being hit.

I request the authority that stern action should be taken against him and such agency holder and their licence should be canceled.
