Spare parts not available for last one month

My Captiva car met with an accident and i have given for repairs to GM delaer Regent Motors Gurgaon on 24th march. It is so surprising that even after one month they have not started the repairs as they dont have spare parts in India. GM is marketing this SUV in big way but they have no plan for after sales and service. There is no feedback from regent and they are only telling that parts will come from abroad but no body is confirrming the dates.
