PF Claim - Not received

Dear Sir

I have submitted the PF claim forms and have an acknowledgement vide Receipt nos 80240401 / 80240402 stating the receipt of PF claum receipt date as 15/01. Screen shot of the same is attached below

I have been trying your office numbers to know the status of my PF for the past two weeks. But dont get any proper response or the Phone number is out of order or engaged alway.

As I am in urgent need of this money, request you to advise, when my PF claim will be transferred to my Bank account (HDFC Bank - as stated in the Application form)
