Illegal encroachment of the road

There is a junction called Nirmal Nagar in the limits of Kapra municipality. In the junction one lane goes to hastinapuri and also to nirmal nagar. In the entrance of that lane one jopidi hotel is there with the 7 seater auto parked by the side of it and the firewood sale at the backside of the hotel obstructing the road more than half the way. I have complained the municipal authorities but they have not responded to the complaints. Please take necessary action on this as all the Hastinapuri colony children use this road to go to Bhavans Ramakrishna Vidyalaya School.
