GIC BLANCED FUND UNITS
NON-RECEIPT OF DIVIDENDS

I had purchased 200 units of GIC Balanced Fund -Distinctive Nos. 0055979401-0055979600-Regd Folio No. B F S 16240 -Serial No. CV077286 -Unit certificate No. 0000532774-0000532775 on 01/02/93. I have not received any dividend for the same from 31.3.1994. Please look into this and also advise me whether to surrender the said certificates for redemption which was allowed to be done on 31.3.2000 or there-after, and if so to whom.

My previous enquiries regarding the above have not been responded.

Please advise me urgently on the above matters.
