Non-refund of the money paid for renewal policy stated to have lapsed

Ref Policy No.002-951-403 Home Policy4013/116078/00/000 to Abinayu Bhosale.

It is a pure case of harassment of a senior citizen. The complete history can be seen from my various emails in this respect. They want a scanned copy of my bank while I have send the email copy of my bank since I do not have a scanner. The complete picture is inside my various emails. Pl.look into this and stop harassing people for a small sum of 883/- which you have taken. It is your fault not to credit my cheque in time and hence resulted in the lapse of the policy. My hard earned money should b e rfeturned since I do not want to have my insurance policy of my house from ICICI Lombard. Amrit Vohra
