Freegift, Reebok kit, not received on purchased of samsung R418

I have purchased Samsung R418 from Eurotechcommonication-1 Ashokbhawan-93, Nehru Place, on 23-9-09. I was offered a free gift of Reebok kit and assured me that i will get my gift within 3 weeks. I have registerd online and sent my documents to Gift2redeem Pt. Ltd Chandigarh. But till today i have not received anything nor any information regarding my freegift. It is already more than 1 month but i got nothing. Is this a fake offer to attract the attention of the customer? If so than the company should no longer exist. Strict action must be taken over such case.
