Not delievered the Suitcases but charged the amount

I had placed an order with Gift 360 in September for supply of Suitcases for Rs.2990 and the amount was payable in six EMI’s thorugh my ICICI Bank Credit Card. They had supplied the same in time. On Receipt, I found that, the colour of the suitcases is blue and not red. I called up the helpline number and they advised me to send back the same for replacement. This assurance was given by person named Mr. Pushpendra from Gift360.

I couriered the suitcases through Fly King Courier (Consignment Nbr: 75529364, Date: 16/09/08) to their office in Langford road in Bangalore. Later I spoke to Mr. Pushpendra nearly 3-5 times and each time he would acknowledge the receipt of the courier and would assure that the red colour suitcases will be dispatched soon.

It’s been nearly 7 months but till date I haven’t received the suitcases. When I call at their office, they say they never received any such courier. Mr. Pushpendra who had earlier acknowledged the receipt now refuses to acknowledge the receipt. The entire amount of 2990 has been charged by ICICI through the 6 EMI’S.

Kindly help me in this regard and see to it that justice is done.
