I have ordered a Benetton Watch from GIFT 360 more than a month ago through order no. 51733. Already the price of the watch has been deducted from the credit card but till now they have not delivered it, every time I call them they tell that it will be delivered tomorrow. This amounts to gross negligence and very unprofessional behavior on their part and they should be liable for some penalty.
