1) Consignment No: BLR10541848 booked from Bangalore to Kolkata on 24/11/08 have still not been delivered till date i.e 27/11/08

Self expresses disgust and anguish at the quality of service as still date an important Consignment which self needed within 24 hrs from the date of despatch has still not been delivered and self requests you to kindly arrange to look into the matter of immediate delivery of the consignment to self.
