Regarding redeeming of Vouche

Dear Sir,

I received a gift voucher of 500/- rs from giftmate. It was sent by mail and procedure was written for redeeming it. One PIN was also there. But when I tried to follow it for redeeming it for various online purchasing it was also giving same SMS " Incorrect format ". Then I sent mail to customer care, they again wrote same procedure. Again I tried got same error. When next time I tired to contact them then they never replied me back. Now grace period is over and I cannot redeem it. They have just cheated me.

Kindly help me in this regard. I have all supporting mails and SMS.
