Improper delivery

I had ordered to deliver two rakhi gifts with 250 gms of motichoor Ladoo at two adresses on 4th August.

One was to Mumbai and 2nd was to Rishikesh (Haridwar)

But both delivery were wrong. They have delivered Ghee instead of Ladoo and rakhis also not of my choice.

They claimed 750 rs for each which is a big amount.

This is a cheating and dishonesty with the customers.

although they have the claim "Assured Delivery".

Please take appropriate steps against these crime.
