I, Jaspal Singh Gill, had a loan a/c no. 928565 for a car loan which was cleared in sep 2009 for which I have recieved the NOC also. I also hold a platinum cr. card 5243681000221690 which has a limit of 1, 16, 000.Both of these A/c's are clear without any dues. My father is also holding acar loan a/c no.14892589, the instalments for which are also being on time for which I am a gurantor. I have applied for a car loan in my own name but have been declined the loan stating that I am black listed. When I inquired from your executive, ms. Rama # 66132100, # 9999497701ND MR. Ajay # 9990292185 they told me thatb it is either due to some credit card balance or non payment of loan in father's name in which i am a guarenteer. But i have inquired from ur cutomer care executive, they have told me that there are no dues against any of my accounts. i am being harassed without any particular reason. i have been holding a loan account in ur esteemed bank since last five years. i did not expect such an irresposible behaviour on your part.i request u 2 look into the matter at the earliest.
