Rude and rowdy service agents

Purchased Gilma gas burner (G4TB) model recently (a week). Felt that the heating was taking time due to the flame intensity and position. When we complained to the shop (distributor) where we puchased, he said that is how it is. After we insisting that this need to be looked into, he asked us to call the Gilma service center.

The servise person comes home without providing prior intimation. His claim is that he too works and we need to accomodate to his timing. Still my wife leaft from her clinic and reached home. The person was very rude and talking badly with my wife who was alone at home Even after being asked to leave (without attending to the complaint), he still kept standing on the door and did not let her close the door. She had to push him physically and close the door.

When this was complained to the Gilma service center, they simply say that their people of good nature.
