Dear sir

my name i rahul mhatre i have buy giordano watch 2 yeas before from LIFE STYLE MULUND mumbai/india, i have change my watch leather belt 3 times first time they had taken 400rs for changing the belt and given me the the different color belt ..., after 1 month the belt was damage the ask to replace the belt and taken 600RS, the belt was again damage in 3 months, i replace it one more time they are asking 750Rs... is this is was of coumpany policy, is it then should be taken strict action plz do the need full
