Giordano Watches - Deals4All/SBI Cards

I ordered 2 Giordano watches on October 13 from SBI Cards watches through a joint promo by SBI Cards and Deals4All. These watches were to be delivered max. within 21 days. I ordered another watch on November 4 under the same offer. Its been three months since the first order and I have still not received the watches. I have been calling SBI Cards customer care constantly but these people have been giving false information. I have even been writing mails to deals4all but these people are least bothered and are giving false information. They have not replied to my last mail since more than a month now. I have even written to the head of SBI cards and there has been no response from his side even. I guess this is a joint fraud by SBI and Deals4All. They are simply harassing the customer. And I realise this has not happened with only me but also many other people. A stringent action should be taken against these people.
