Holiday Voucher not honoured

My brother-in-law Mr. Nagaraja had purchased LG Washing Machine and ONIDA Microwave Oven from GIRIAS (situated at Jayanagar 1st Block) on 11/Oct. The Bill Number for the purchase of these items is CrS/JN/35455. He was issued 2 Holiday Vouchers of Leisure Destinations. I, Vittal Kumar B.S, wished to utilise one of these holiday vouchers to visit Munnar on 7th, 8th and 9th of Dec. So, we went to the office of Leisure Destinations at Richmond Road, Bangalore on 14/Nov. On payment of Rs.1800/-, we were issued a receipt without a mention of the name of the Resort. We were told that the details of resort booking would be sent by email. But, even after several phone calls to their office (Tel:-080-41127259) and even till the 25/Nov, we did not know the details of the resort booking.

So, finally, I had to call up Mr. Jatin Shah (Tel:- 9845403311) and asked him to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid.

Mr. Jatin Shah of Leisure Destinations has not lived upto the expectations of a customer.

It has been unfair on the part of GIRIA's Investment for having tied up with a service provider like Leisure Destinations (read Jatin Shah) and issuing holiday vouchers to customers, who purchase items worth

Rs. 5000/- or more at GIRIA's.
