Defective frame

I am your valued customer and have been purchasing for past so many years. During the month of february I have purchased a frame and glass from your goregaon branch at mumbai valuing Rs 5300/- when i reported the problem about the frame . it was informed that i have used pressure on the frame and they send it to their lab for testing and i was told the same reason. In other words, they are not solving the problem whereas they find some excuse. I would like to address the problem before you so that you will be in position to intervene the matter and settle amicalbly. Failing which, I may have to find out the way of recovering the damage due to defective materials.
