Bungled Spectacle orde

I had ordered prescription lenses to be made for an existing frame, whose existing lens had a brown tint.

I had specifically instructed that I needed a lens in the same style. The store manager had promised that he will let me know if it is not possible. When the frame came back, the lenses which were put on it were colourless.

My expectations were not met and my instructions were not carried out. I had asked for a return of my frame but they are not refunding my deposit money nor giving my frame back.
