Small sand, small stones in food groceries

Hi,

This is regarding sand stones or some stone mixture found in food items - Rice and all. Its a well known store in Srinagar 80Ft road bangalore. Complained against the same to the shop owner, don't find any improvement.

Also i found out that these would cause serious helath hazards as a consequence of this there will be kidney stone formation.

Please address this issue and take strict action against the same.
