Misguided and cheated

On 10 Jan 09, a Global Direct representative Mr. Manish Jethwa visited my premises and offered to give me a much cheaper plan on my vodafone postpaid number. After explaining the whole plan they said, I only had to apply for a new connection (for which I had to pay Rs.300), which would have the cheaper plan, then after 2 months I could swap the plans on the 2 numbers and disconnect the new number. After 3 months I find that the plan on the new number is the same as what is available to all vodafone users. On calling them they offered me a few more plans but I find that they are the same as on the vodafone website. I feel cheated as I had to pay money for the new connection and also pay an additional mobile bill for 3 months. I also feel Global Direct is misusing a loophole to show they have aquired more subsribers.
