FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that a person representing Vodafone from Global Direct had come to our premises in Vasai (Mr. Dheeraj) giving a false information that my Pune prepaid number would be converted into billin after confirming with his superiors (Mr. Amit Roy). He took my documents and Rs.300 and later on after four days informed me that it could not be processed. After several complaints to Global Direct they are not ready to give back my documents and my money from the place where they collected it.
