Non refund of Connection fees

On 8thJuly I was approached by one Mr. Sanket Regeapproached me offering a Vodafone Connection under ACApost paid scheme and collected Rs 300 in cash rromme. On the same day evening I tried to connect him on the threee numbers he had given me namely 9323052720, 99308774010, and 9870307454. None of the numbers were working so I sent an SMS the same evening to all the three numbers requesting that the application for connection be withdrawn. The next mornuing I got a call from Mr. Sanket REge mobile No. 9819337337enquiring as to the matter mentioned in the SMS. He mentioned that RS 100 would be deductede and the balance refunded. Despite followup on other dates There was noanswer from Mr.sSanket Rege. I then tried to contact Mr. Nitanjan Pai at the number mentioned agains his name 28931893 I was told that this was the Kandivali office Number by the TElephone operatort that Mr. Nitanjan Pai was at the Andheri Office but as her boss was not available she could not find the number of the Andheri office and asked me to call back Later WheN I called I got the same answer. Todate the amount has not been refunded to me.
