Still not received refund for cancellation

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is Ajit Khandelwal from Mumbai.

I was on my holidays to Manali on date 21/03 where I had booked ticket from

Kalka to Delhi thru Kalka mail thru one of the agent

Details as under –

Agent – Global Holidays Adventure Tour (regd no. 2-23-KLU-TD-1004)

Mr. Gagan.

Approved by H.P GOVT. DEPT OF TOURISM.

Transaction ID – 102898483

Train # 2312 / Kalka mail

PNR # 2158450940

Date of Borading - 23/03

Total fare – Rs 798.00

Agent Fare – Rs 980.00

Unfortunately train got cancelled and I had asked agent to return the money back and he confirm he will do the needfull.

Still after 2 and half month he is saying he had still not received the money from railway which is not possible.

As I am also booking from railways individually I received my money very quick.

Now Mr. Gangan is not picking up the phone his # is 09816442512 & 09817062157

Request pls lodge my complain against him and advise further course of action.

I will wait for your positive response.
