Glucon D Orange Flavour/ Heinz
Defective Product- Bitter Taste

On 14/06/09, Sunday I purchased Glucon D 500 mg Orange Flavour whose batch no F07355 Mfg. 05/09. When I opened it and drank it was bitter in taste, that too was unbearable. We went to replace the packet on 20th June Saturday to shopkeeper, he talked with Sales Officer Heinz, Delhi he said to the shopkeeper that this whole lot is defective and asked him to replace with another one from different lot. The shopkeeper did the same.

When I came back with another packet of Glucon D whose batch no F07318 Mfg 05/09. I used it and I experinced the earlier taste i.e bitter. So we again talked to shopkeeper he provided us the phone no. of Sales Officer Heinz, Delhi. we complained to him and again he said that lot is defective.

We want to know that

1. if the company people are aware of defect then why the Glucon D are sold openely in the market.

2. If something happens to us who will be responsible.

3. What type of Quality Control the company follows.

4. The customer care number is also not connecting, what is the use of such type of number.
