Imitation of popular brand

I purchased some packets of glucose from a shop near Bhagirath Place, Chandni Chowk. I was fooled by the striking resemlance of the packets with the Glucon D of Glaxo. It was carelessness on my part that I did not read the full details. Company name on the packs is - Shivayur Health Care (Pvt.) Ltd. Vadodra, Gujarat. The contentents is of poor quality. I doubt whether there is any check by the Government to stop such initations of popular brands.
