GMADA
NON REFUND OF SECURITY MONER

I had submitted an application bearing registration no 401756 alongwith a demand draft for Rs 3, 60, 000.00 as earnest money for allotment of 300 sq yards. The result of the draw of lots was declared in Oct'10 and my application was unsuccessful.

But I am yet to get the refund of amount till date i.e. 05.01.2011 despite GMADA's claim to refund the amount by 10th Dec'2010.

Hence, GMADA must refund the amount along with interest @ 5.5% per annum at the earliest.
