Oadband not working properly of 22091275

Every time i use internet weather its day or night, its not working properly always i have to call mtnl coustomer care center always they told me, to change that setting or do that etc etc i am fed up from all those thing. today also i lodge a complaint no is 46900138. andso much time they told us wait for 100 seconds but its almos 1 thing is that whenever i call mtnl coustomer care center it took t 30 minutes my mtnl no is 22091275
