2% cash discount scheme

GNIDA authorities have once again proved that they dont think much before coming up with new schemes whether it was BHS 10 or now this 2% discount on downpayment for people who can change their installment plan to downpayment plan.

In BHS 09 they sold 120sqm house at 30lac and charged interest in installments and gave no discount to people who made 1 time downpayment. Also, in BHS 10 they floated a scheme where they gave 120sqm plot at 12.5 lacs while they charged 30lac interest for providing house on 120sqm in BHS 09. This led lot of people to surrender their houses.

Someone need to tell these idiots to either give discount to all who paid or will pay in 1 go or not to offer any such discounts. I believe they must be falling short of money because of over spending and need money to continue work. Only this reason could have made them come out with this biased and stupid scheme.
