Can't receieved letters in time

I am G.Nithyanantham residence at No:33 Lakshamana st Surampatty post. ERODE 638 009. TAMILNADU.In our Erode Surampatty post offfice deliverd the posts minimum 15 days late. Example: I am received the letter from Paavai College Of Engg on 01.12.2008... but the post office surampatty seal Date was 17.11.2008... In this matter I complained to surampatty post master directly. We cant get informations properly..Today (21.12.2008) I received letter from my daughter school that she got award for 12th exam, for that they invite us to come and get the prize on function date 06.12.2008... but today sunday (21.12.2008) I recieved the above invitation.. Because of this we suffering lot..Our area people also totally complained that getting letters regularly late..So I request you to please arrange necessary actions for the above complaints immediately...
