Non refund of money after cancellation of flight

I booked a flight for 24 August from Bangalore to Cochin through credit card (makemytrip.com). The flight was canceled and I asked for refund. They haven't refunded the money yet. Almost 1 year and 7 months have gone by. My PNR number is OWCQLT. Please take immediate action against this company.
